The kitchen at the Dining Room continues to astound diners with its near perfect executions. Start with the Maine lobster salad, a lush mixture of lobster, artichoke, grapefruit, and avocado, tossed in mustard-tarragon dressing. Then move on to seared sea scallops with mashed potatoes, fried leeks, and fennel sauce. The duck leg confit with pear-ginger chutney is also phenomenal. Just as you would expect at the Ritz, the dining room is comfortable, elegant, and expertly appointed.
