The bright yellow shop at the curve of 67th and Phinney is a great reason to head for Phinney Ridge if you`re not already there. Winner of the Seattle Weekly Readers Poll for Best Burger of 1996, a burger phenomenon is taking place here, where brother and sister team, John and Babe Shepherd, opened their business (and have expanded twice already) just a little over two years ago. Favorites include the bacon deluxe with cheese, the verde chicken burger, the chicken club, three different veggie burgers, fantastic onion rings, and the Creamsicle-flavored malts and milk shakes.
This place cooks up American dishes where people frequently get burgers.
