Since 1952, when owner/chef Mary Collins Davis` father built the R & L, Seattle`s first Louisiana-style barbeque joint has been a family operation. Simple and spotless surroundings offset the fiery hot sauce served with the juicy, fall-off-the-bone BBQ ribs (mild and medium sauces are available too). The hot links and the sliced brisket of beef are popular, too. And, the lemonade is hand-squeezed.
R & L Home Of Good Barbeque cooks up American meals with a menu based largely on barbecue and ribs.
