More intimate than its bustling older sister in Lakeview, Leona`s on Taylor is a casual neighborhood spot that holds its own in Little Italy, where the competition is pretty stiff. The menu is Italian-American, portions are generous, and the pizza is excellent. If you don`t eat cheese, there`s no need to stay away, as Leona`s is one of the few places where soy cheese can be substituted in any dish.
