Settled among a residential neighborhood where the average home price is seven million dollars, Prado caters to the also very local movie studios from its flat faced 1920`s deco house. Caribbean cuisine is enjoyed in an ethereal milieu of blue sky, cloud, and angel pigmented mural on the dining room ceiling. Classical music serenades the angelic art that spans the walls around the multi-colored chairs and white linen table clothed furnishings. Chef-owner Javier Prado offers up trendy-splashy fare which can be tasted in the form of his special sampler or dived into by ordering a full portion of savory shrimp in Jamaican black pepper sauce or any of his other tongue-tingling island sensations.
