Otto`s Grill And Bar is a New York styled continental bistro tucked into the entry level of the Music Center which incorporates the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Music Center attendees gather here in profuse mobs before big shows otherwise it is consistently busy but generally not packed out. Otto Rothchild`s black & white photography circa 1930 to 1970 hover above the first class mahogany trimmed furnishings. Cushy green seated chairs sit astride burnt brown tables in the executive club styled dining room. Steak is the house staple with lunch being a bargain going for less than half the price of dinner.
Serving patrons an American menu, this is a place. Expect the average entrée to cost roughly $12 to $20, and dress casual.
Atmosphere: The restaurant has a tropical theme. The lighting is moderate. The restaurant is very spacious. It is friendly and cheerful and attracts a mature and classy clientele.
