Yet another example of great hotel dining, Nikko, at the Westin Hotel, rates high on everybody`s list. The flashy dining room is extremely attractive and includes an enormous sushi bar, where you can get lunch-time all-you-can-eat sushi for $10.50. Favorite dishes include the crisp soft shell crab, and the halibut steamed in sake with mushroom sauce. Even the sukiyaki is good here. The incredible Nikko roll is another favorite -- seven pieces of fish rolled with rice and avocado. Try the tempura ice cream for dessert.
This place offers guests Japanese food and is most sought for their sushi. Expect to pay over $30 per person.
Atmosphere: The place has an eclectic décor. In general, the lighting is set quite dim.
