Located in a Victorian building, Lisa`s Tea Treasures is the perfect place to sit and chat with your friends for hours on end. The played-up Victoriana decor is conducive to a long, leisurely tea-time. The food is what you might expect: tiny sandwiches, scones, little muffins, and is meant to complement the tea (not the other way around). Still, the range of teas available is wonderful -- from the smoky Assam to the pungent gunpowder -- and will please even the most hardened coffee drinker.
