Il Toscano resides in alpine village styled shopping center on a hillside in Torrance. It`s housed in a blue gray building with large windows that gaze out on the busy boulevard. On gray Berber carpet repose lucid black chairs looping white clothed tables. Petit paintings pervade the lofty ceiling walls.
