Walk into Hokkaido and you will hear the sound of moving water with Japanese music quietly playing in the background. Look to your right and see a three-tiered fountain surrounded by plants, and water flowing into a pool with large fish swimming about. Beyond the entry is a clean, quiet restaurant with decor suggestive of Japan. Ample seating is available at tables, and at the sushi and shabu shabu bar.
