The Ganges is not well-known, but they offer wonderful vegetarian Indian food, inspired by the cooking style of Southern India. The Ganges is a quiet, serene little jewel with excellent service and a certain degree of exotic charm. Try the homemade cheese cooked with spices and peas and the wonderful okra or cauliflower with potatoes in a yellow curry. There`s live sitar music on weekends.
If you try out Gange`s, you`ll find a restaurant that concentrates on an east Indian and American cuisine an emphasis on vegetarian meals.
Atmosphere: Table talk is no problem here - noise level is unobtrusive.
