Felix serves Spanish and Cuban foods from saffron seafood p`lla to moros y cristianos (beans and rice). If you can`t forgive the tasteless, gooey black beans you had at Chevy`s, let bygones be bygones. Felix` Cuban beans are on a whole different plane: plump, swimming in their own delicate cooking broth with bay leaves, olive oil and cumin. The view is better too; romantic inside and with a fine view of downtown Orange`s European driving circle outside.
