Dulce`s is a welcome addition to the Madrona neighborhood, which has become a destination spot for its eclectic assortment of restaurants. Softly lit, with linen dressed tables and Spanish guitar in the background, Dulce`s is warm, relaxed, and romantic. As its name suggests, Latin cuisine is prominent on the seasonally changing menu, with French and even New England influences thrown in. Current favorites include cassoulet of duck and Italian sausage and handmade salmon caper ravioli.
With culinary talents focused on Italian, Spanish and French dishes, this is an upscale restaurant. Expect the average entrée to cost $20 to $30, and it is appropriate to go dressed up -- on the nicer side.

More Reasons to Go: If you`re looking for entertainment, the live jazz is a great part of your dining experience at this restaurant on Saturdays. Dulce`s Latin Bistro is appropriate (if not ideal) for entertaining clients, anniversaries and other romantic evenings.
