At least the manager, Joselito Kwan, does, and it makes a difference to his business, because many of his customers live in nearby Pilsen, one of the city`s Mexican neighborhoods. Jade Garden is clean, friendly, and service-oriented. The large menu is the usual Chinese fare; the decor is standard. You eat here when you already know what you want, and you want to get it fast.
Stop in Jade Garden for a restaurant that serves patrons Chinese meals. Expect to pay $8 to $12 per person.
