Yes, it IS so good. My companion and I walked in at 10:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, were startled by the oversized artwork and wackily elegant decor and overjoyed to find the kitchen still serving. As the owner said, "if people are hungry, we are open." Norbert and his lovely wife Michelle, chef extraordinaire, couldn`t have been more gracious. The succulent Pernod-infused scallops, salmon in parchment and the tenderest of beef tenderloin were nicely finished off with a perfect chocolate mousse. A must-visit.
This upscale restaurant focuses on French food where it`s common to order seafood. Expect the average entrée to cost in the range of $20 to $30, and you`ll be fine if dressed casual.
