In early 1997, The Source changed motifs going from Hollywood vegetarian to southern comfort and with it a name change to Cajun Bistro. The Louisiana roadside interior offers raw wood booths and worn painted plank floors. The swamp bayou bistro feel spreads along the walls from one rusty road sign to the next taking pause on rusty hanging lanterns vibrating from the folk music being played from ceiling speakers. The menu, as expected, includes enticing jambalaya and blackened chicken po`boys.
Go to Cajun Bistro for a restaurant that dishes up a Cajun menu. Expect the average entrée to cost for the most part in the range of $8 to $12.
Eating & Drinking: Open for lunch and dinner.
Details to Note: Reservations are not necessary. Parking has been arranged for customers.
Ways to Pay: Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club
