Cafe Grace sits in a grove of tall trees outside the Berkeley Art Museum and the Pacific Film Archive. You`re only blocks from the madness of Telegraph Avenue but it feels like a countryside oasis of high culture. The Cafe is the obvious choice when making an afternoon visit to either institution. Cafe Grace is only open for lunch for now but there is considerable demand for extended hours. C`sar salad here is one of the best anywhere.
Café - Grace offers a Mediterranean and Californian menu.
Atmosphere: The place has a romantic atmosphere. Table talk is no problem here - noise level is unobtrusive.
More Reasons to Go: Café - Grace is great for anniversaries, other romantic evenings and private parties. When weather permits, enjoy outdoor seating.
Eating & Drinking: Open for lunch.
Details to Note: Entrances and walkways are wheelchair friendly. Children are welcome.
Hours of Operation: Everyday 11a-4p, Closed on major holidays
