Cactus Cafe is a pleasant little hole-in-the-wall, similar to what you might find in a Mexican border town. There are wide booths and a colorful decor, and the staff is all very child friendly. The fare is a creative blend of California meets Mexico: try the espinaca griega (goat cheese, ricotta, spinach, onions and jack cheese served over salad) or the eggplant delujo, a ratatouille like sauce wrapped in a quesadilla. Fresh fish specials are available every day.
