Located in an upscale shopping village, this is a fine dining restaurant. The restaurant focuses on an inventive Thai and American fare with a menu dominated by seafood and vegetarian meals. Expect the average entrée to cost between $12 and $20, and dress casual, but fashionable.
Atmosphere: Bangkok Thai was founded in 1991 by a world class chef. You`ll be able to take in the mountain view from many seats here. Architectually, the restaurant is in an unusual structure. The restaurant has an exotic and fashionable oriental style décor with a tropical theme. The interior is accented by warm tones, enhanced by sculptures and tapestries and flowers and plants, and the lighting is via track lighting. The place is decorated with a collection of various hard-to-find collectibles, and the place is accented with antiques.
The restaurant is small with seating for 104 people, and is exotic and relaxed and patroned by all kinds of people. Table talk is easy - this restaurant is quiet and subdued.
More Reasons to Go: There is folk music playing in the background at this restaurant on Thursdays and Sundays.
