About the Chef: This restaurant is family owned and operated by Peter Cheung. The service is friendly and outgoing. Don`t be surprized if Pete makes a personal visit to your table. I once asked him if he could prepare a dish not found on the menu, and he surprized me with the results. My wife and I drive across town to dine in this establishment. Give Peter and his family a try. You won`t be disappointed.
