The atmosphere at Angelino is more upscale than that at most places in casual Sausalito, and if you can get a seat near the window, you will enjoy an impressive view of the bay and neighboring San Francisco. The tourist influx seems to have soured the staff a bit, but the tasty food is welcoming enough. Try the pasta e fagioli or the thin-crusted pizza bianca. They offer a good, thick grilled veal chop, and lighter eaters will enjoy the grilled prawns with garlic, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil.
Go to Angelino`s for a place that dishes up Italian an emphasis on seafood. Expect the average entrée to cost $12 to $20, and people are quite appropriate dressing casual.
