The Alki Cafe has the feel and flavor of a classic American diner, plus a little more. Waitstaff are helpful and ebullient. Lavendar walls with red accents rise above one side of the cafe, and on the other side nearly every table is next to a window. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served, with the usual fare on offer: eggs benedict, pancakes, burgers, salads, sandwiches, and pastas. For something a little special, try the shrimp and salmon c`sar.
