Only in place since early 1996, Terra Cotta has made quite a splash on the Virginia-Highland scene. Its careful attention to detail shows in the decor, in the service, in the extremely up-to-date wine list, and certainly in the food. This is a stylish spot, fusion to the point of eclectic, almost (but not quite) avant garde. Even with its very short hours, Terra Cotta has an avid following.
