Across the tracks, as it were, from Agnes Scott College (for young ladies), St. Agnes provides a small and slightly dotty return to the days of high tea with white gloves. With a barn board facade, and wall hangings that vary from antimacassars to hubcaps, not to mention the beautiful and raucous peacock wandering around the patio, this place is suddenly wildly popular. They serve breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner, as well as high tea on Sundays.
