This is a tiny lunch spot in the back of a health food store, which probably serves no more than 20 people at a time. Tucked behind the herbs, vitamins, and tibouli, Rainbow`s is, as you would expect, entirely vegetarian and pretty quick about it. All of the menu items can be purchased from the deli case out front, and they offer a Sunday brunch for the vegan crowd.
Rainbow concentrates on an American cuisine where people frequently get vegetarian meals. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.
