This African-American owned and operated soul-food spots is situated improbably but very popularly in the Emory area. With only half a dozen tables inside (usually full), Quinnie`s puts out some great meat-and-three meals, from barbecued ribs and fried chicken to sweet tea and corn bread, for a very inexpensive price.
