Overtures is a bit of Paris in Philadelphia, with black and white oversized floor tiles, an oversized antique walnut bar with every size glass available for the wine you bring yourself, trompe l`oeil paintings, and 19th century artwork of various classical subjects. Even the silver and lighting are reminiscent of France. The food, too is French-oriented, but crafted with a very personal touch from the chef/owner.
Visiting Overture`s, you`ll find an upscale restaurant that serves patrons a French and Mediterranean cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost between $12 and $20, and you should generally dress casual, but fashionable.
