Patrick O`Dea is the brash and sassy chef at Dish. He cooks what he calls pan-Southern food, by which he means a fusion of traditional Southern and Southwestern ingredients and techniques. Imagine a sage encrusted chicken with chunky potatoes on the same menu as carnitas with chipotle chile and tequila, or a jicama, mango, and avocado salad with a light citrus dressing. Dish is vegetarian friendly and emphasizes seafood. Both the menu and the wine list change with the seasons. The wine list focuses on Chilean and Spanish varietals, and there`s a selection of 30 tequilas.
Dish is a place that offers guests eclectic American dishes. Expect to pay between $12 and $20 per person.
