This restaurant is completely reminiscent of its forebears in Cajun country. The decor is done in the Creole-style: bright colors, wrought iron trim, and cool, darkened dining rooms. The menu offers oysters, shrimp, gumbo, and red beans and rice as uncomplicated but authentic as you could find this far to the north and east. You can have your fish any way you want it.
