The brick oven here is in nearly constant use for the nonstop pizza orders for eat-in and carry-out orders. But this pizza specialist restaurant has expanded its horizons to include a full service menu of Italian dishes that include multi-faceted preparations of home-style food: fish, chicken, veal and beef. Pasta, too, of course. A bartender operates in the front room for people waiting for tables at busy times of the day.
