This excellent Capitol Hill location, right next to Union Station may not be the most popular, but it is one of very few `fine-dining` restaurants in the area. It is well presented and attentive and friendly staff and a crisp linen decor. The ambition menu of classic French cuisine has come under fire for being slightly off by almost all critics of a fine pallet. You might not feel that you got your money`s worth.
