This is one of the most strikingly designed series of rooms in town with neo-renditions of many of the French masters displayed throughout the restaurant, interspersed with smart, contemporary glass panels that separate the main dining room into smaller, inviting eating spaces. A glass elevator descends to a lower floor, where there is a handsome wine-cellar-cum-private-dining room for private parties.
Located in Locus street theatre, this is an upscale restaurant. The restaurant prepares and serves Italian meals. Expect the average entrée to cost between $12 and $20, and you`ll be fine if dressed casual, but fashionable.
Atmosphere: Toto`s. Structurally, the restaurant utilizes a good deal of glass and windows. The restaurant has an elegant décor. The interior is enhanced by oil paintings. Mirrors are used to accent the décor. With seating for 200 people, the restaurant has a romantic atmosphere -- frequented by an upscale crowd.
