blind_copy_list - Eric was the best--really the best waiter I've have ever encountered. I told him I came for the Southern food experience and he provided great recommendations and even though it was a full house, I felt like his only customer. He made a genuine effort to explain the menu items and share his appreciation for the cuisine and that made all the difference.
