In the spot formerly known as Bistango (in fact Coohill`s has the same owner as Bistango), this place is way au courant. Coohill`s does whatever is necessary to please the local fashionable gentry, from serving up great Southern side dishes (fried okra or spoonbread) to martinis the size of bird baths. Sinatra croons on the P.A. system, and all in all this is New York cocktail hour, Dixie-style.
Bistango is a fine dining restaurant that serves guests a Mediterranean cuisine. Expect to pay over $30 per person.
