This enormous eatery sprawls over three levels in Washington`s Union Station and spills tables out into the Station`s Main Hall, as well as the sidewalk outside. It`s got a menu to match, with nearly a hundred entrees, ranging from wild mushroom stew to cilantro pasta to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches -- you could eat here many times before having the same thing twice. Deco-style murals, well suited to the restaurant`s monumental scale, cover the walls and ceilings.
You`ll find that America serves new American dishes. Expect the average entrée to cost in the range of $8 to $12.
