A rippling rock fountain near the entrance and a dining room ceiling designed like blue waves give this Japanese seafood restaurant a surreal, underwater feel. The extensive, oval-shaped sushi bar is made particularly charming by sushi boats floating along a built-in water canal. The cuisine is contemporary and highlighted by specialty rolls filled with spicy tuna, cucumber and tempura flakes; or smoked salmon, cream cheese, tobiko and scallion. The Neo Lounge downstairs is a sultry place to retire afterwards.
