Three grinning faces mark this 10-year-old spot--the perfect, schmaltzy site to hold a bar mitzvah. There`s chopped liver, kreplach, kasha varnishkes, potato pancakes with applesauce, veal and lamp chops and Roumanian tenderloin, all served in huge portions. Some lighter dishes are available if you`re watching your weight, plus a special children`s menu. For big groups, of which there are many, the "Famous Phenomenal Feast" offers an assortment of six appetizers, a meat dish, four side dishes and dessert for $42.95 per person. Imported vodkas are frozen on blocks of ice, and if you`ve got room, free egg cream fixings after dinner.
