A mural depicting a hunter`s woods in muted sage and pink tones evokes the last light of day, and creates an ambiance which is both tender and precious. Rosario Carvelli`s theater district restaurant is not trendy, but it is pleasant and appealing. The menu features dishes like osso buco with saffron risotto, swordfish on a bed of marinated eggplant, antipasti like homemade mozzarella grilled with sundried tomatoes, and pastas like linguine with escargot, oil and garlic. Pastas, bread, and focaccia, are house-made. And, it`s one hop away from the Gershwin Theater.
