Gregarious waiters who look out for their customers and incredibly tasty pastas make this warm and vibrant East Side place a neighborhood favorite. Salads of sliced artichokes sauteed with oil and garlic and topped with fontina cheese, and braised radicchio filled with goat cheese are excellent to start. Specials are always good, but so is the homemade spinach tortelloni with four cheese sauce, and the twisted pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, sausage and light cream. Chicken and veal dishes are eminently reliable, but really, you can`t go wrong with filling up on pasta. Smokers can sit outside.
