Norbu Tsering and his family serve Tibetan home cooking in a cheerful, casual setting. The house specialty dish is comprised of dumplings that are stuffed with beef or seasoned potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a blend of ricotta and cottage cheeses. Family recipes are used for everything, from Tibetan lamb curry to shathaba nenzoma cold dish made with Himalayan potatoes, black-eyed peas and beef. The menu offers vegetarian dishes such as tse dofu (spinach with cabbage, red peppers and tofu), and tse sesha (mushrooms with broccoli and zucchini), as well as slim shakes and power shakes made with homemade yogurt.
