Not many diners have shaded sidewalk seating, but this one does, an offshoot of Teresa`s in the East Village. The Brooklyn Heights branch is more spacious, with a cheerful atmosphere of polished wood and folk art. The Polish menu is similar: great, cheap breakfasts, pierogis with various fillings, kielbasa, blintzes, borscht, and beef goulash. It`s a clean, homey, satisfying place that`s cherished by the locals.
