Susuki is the kind of chef/owner who will create a curative meal for a patron battling the flu. He honors regular customers by giving them their own chopsticks, which are kept on the chopstick rack behind his sushi bar. Though there are traditional tea ceremony dishes on the menu, Suzuki likes to be creative, re-inventing Japanese dishes by using non-traditional ingredients like foie gras, paprika, or strawberries. The menu includes a sirloin steak served with special "sushi zen sauce," fish and chicken specials, tempura, and "introduction to sushi." The menu changes every two months and, in warmer weather, you can dine in the outdoor zen garden.
Here you`ll find a place that serves up a Japanese menu known for their sushi. Expect the average entrée to cost $12 to $20, and go dressed casual.
