You`d better be serious about your sushi since patrons here regularly fork over $100 per person. 75 percent of the fish comes directly from Japan, which contributes to the expense and to the exotic nature of the flavors. The regular menu is small and the decor nothing special (a deli-style beer refrigerator is visible near the entrance), yet a large number of wealthy Asians call it a place of culinary worship. There are also hot-pot dishes, teriyaki, and tempura, but that`s not the point here.
Sushi Hatsu is a restaurant that specializes in a Japanese cuisine where patrons tend to favor sushi.
