Now in its third generation, Guido`s is an old-fashioned Italian eatery and pasta depot. Owner Tommy Scarola cooks traditional dishes like squid ink linguine with shrimp and clams, spinach lasagna, eggplant rollatine, veal parmagiana, and shrimp francese. Simple decor -- black and white-checked tablecloths, straw-covered chianti bottles, entertainment head-shots climbing one wall and family photos filling the rest -- and the nice ladies in service give Guido`s a friendly, family feeling. The entrance to the restaurant is actually a pasta store. With over forty different kinds of pasta in stock, and a steady storefront business, Supreme Macaroni Co. supplies pasta to area restaurants.
