Top tapas choices include ham croquetas, spicy fried calamari with chili-tomato vinaigrette, and fresh shrimp with leeks and sorrel. For main courses, chef Dominick Cerrone makes toothsome p`lla (for two), and prime lamb chops over lentil piperade. From 6-7:30 p.m., it costs $38 for three courses; after 7:30, it costs $45. Seven delectable courses are $65, and for $80 courses are paired with sherry and wine.
