Prometheus may loom large before you in the skating rink at Rockefeller Center, but Poseidon rules the Sea Grill. Out of Chef Ed Brown`s kitchen comes grilled arctic char, crispy skin salmon, chili crusted sea bass, crab cakes with stone ground mustard sauce and steamed mussels with Thai red curry sauce. A wave of glass wine racks undulates through the dining room and the upholstery, carpeting, and smooth cherry woodwork evoke the hush and hue of sea foam bubbles over a water-washed beach. In the summer, there is no better spot than outside, where the skating rink lives in the winter, under Prometheus` stare. Bread arrives on a silver flying saucer, pre-theater is a bargain, and Chef`s book is on sale.
