The dented tin exterior belies the serene charm within, with blond walls, a brick fireplace, pretty light sconces and plates and wine bottles stacked on shelves. Popular with a worldly clientele at lunch and dinner , there are such thoughtful offerings as a mushroom blintz with celery root salad, roasted scallops with spaghetti squash, salmon with pumpkin seed sauce, and skate with sage pesto over wild mushrooms. Seating is limited and the congested entryway makes waiting uncomfortable, so be sure to reserve.
Visit Savoy and you`ll get a place that serves new American and Mediterranean dishes. Expect the average entrée to cost in the range of $20 to $30, and plan to fit the scene by dressing casual.
Atmosphere: The fireplace adds to the atmosphere and mood here. With seating for 45 people, the restaurant has a romantic atmosphere.
More Reasons to Go: Savoy is great for anniversaries and other romantic evenings.
