The expansion and renovation of this Vietnamese hole-in-the-wall have helped it transcend dive status. It`s now appointed with wood paneling and art prints, but the bargain menu is pleasantly familiar: spring rolls, crab soup, ginger shrimp, and chicken lemon grass. At lunch, a couple can gorge for ten dollars.
