	Thanh Long was mostly a great experience, above most in all categories. But the market price for a hole roasted crab was $34.95 each which I find totally unacceptable. I can buy a a whole crab retail for around $9-10 a piece mostly anywhere in SF.... So Tahnh Long is putting $20 in the pocket per crab they prepare, I don't think so!
