Right after Thanksgiving my family and grand children made resv.for eleven for dinner.After being seated we waited at least 20 mins till some body came around to our table.We then got our drinks 20 minutes after that.I spoken with the manager about the service you provide being slow and the waiters seemed unattentive to the customers. We waited at least an hour or more for our dinners to come and during this time I heard and witnessed one server drop a tray of food coming out of the kitchen and then stoop down and scoup up the shrimp that was spilled on the floor and put it back on the plates. They then brought the tray to our table and tried to serve it to us.After I complained they took the food back and it was another hour before they brought our order to us. My wife and I have been constant customers of the lodge for many years and have always like the food and atmosphere but we have noticed the decline recently in what was once a very nice and pleasant resturant to come to and this latest episode was another reason to want to not go back. Several weeks after this my wife who is an elected officer in WRC made reservations with one of your employee regarding a luncheon meeting her club wanted to have at the lodge. The date was set, the food to be served and the private room was also set.Needless to say that was a bust as no one new anything about this resv once they arrived.Well you can see that left a bad taste in everybody's mouth, don't believe they will be using the Loon lake Lodge any more for luncheons. As for my wife and I we plan on not coming back also and I will advise many of my friend and workers to do the same.
